Pre-arrangements / Pre-planning a funeral Pre-arranging one’s funeral can control the funeral’s cost and also relieve
the family of the funeral’s financial burden. Pre-financed funerals and
irrevocable trusts are placed in an escrow account that gains interest
every month. These accounts are placed in a local bank, Farmington Bank in Connecticut. The staff of the funeral home will assist the family with the
aforementioned financial concerns.
Pre-arrangement also allows the guarantee of the funeral price that is paid in full, the family the ability to individualize the
details of the service including a courtesy memorial video tribute (slideshow presentation), music, pallbearers, casket, vault, church,
cemetery, and reception. By specifying such details beforehand, one alleviates this
responsibility from the grieving family.
